This training course is designed to teach new web developers how to create web sites using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004. The course is task-based with students learning by doing. Along with covering the basics of Dreamweaver MX 2004, the course focuses on best practices and design, stressing the importance of usability.
Open and use the Dreamweaver MX 2004 interface to create pages and preview the pages in a browser
Use Dreamweaver 2004 to generate HTML tags for page formatting and view the resulting HTML source code
Create links between and within pages in Dreamweaver MX 2004
Create e-mail links
Use graphics to make your web site attractive and link to other pages
Create and implement a page design using HTML tables
Use Dreamweaver MX 2004 templates to implement a consistent page design
Create HTML forms to get information from your users
Create and link style sheets for a consistent look and feel of your web pages
